Our Oil Fired indirect Hot Air Generator Model-AIRPACK has following superior features.

• High Thermal efficiency of 93% on NCV & 87% on GCV which

gives large saving in fuel cost. This is 5% higher than conventional design of Hot Air Generator.

• AIRPACK gives large savings in fuel cost as compared to hot air

generation using Steam / Thermic Fluid based radiators. This is due to elimination of heat transmission & steam condensation losses.

• Furnace made out of Stainless Steel AISI 310. This ensures long life for furnace. Conventional designs have SS 304 construction.

• Large Furnace volume, radiation heating surface & Overall heat

transfer surface keep metal temperature much below permissible limits, which means very safe operation.

• Four long passes of Flue gases resulting in large residence time

and effective heat transfer.

• Spring loaded back fire release mechanics protects the furnace & other parts from damage due to back fire of burner.

• Due to shell & tube arrangement on flue gas cleaning & maintenance is easy & quick. Easy to open doors are provided for quick cleaning operation.

• Combustion air preheater sends preheated combustion air to burner. This improves combustion efficiency & reduces soot generation. As a result cleaning frequency gets prolonged.

• Totally air cooled metal construction with no refractory gives long life of AIRPACK with zero maintenance.

• Unique Burner Nozzle Pipe having no moving parts & hence no break down / maintenance

• Fuel pump fitted with mechanical seal for 200 Deg.C. temperature application.

• Specially designed fuel oil filter eliminates frequent cleaning of burner nozzle maintenance even on heavy oil operation.

• Positive circulation of air over heating surface eliminates any local over heating or thermal stresses. Metal temperatures during continuous / intermittent operation are always well within permissible limits.

• Rectangular design of Hot Air Generator has optimum configuration of flue

Gas & air passages in such a way that Hot Air Generator does not need insulation

• Hot Air of Pharmaceutical grade / food grade is available. This is done by all Stainless Steel Construction

• Due to shell & tube construction repairs after prolonged use are easy, quick & economical. In case of conventional shell design entire hot air generator has to be cut open for repairs resulting in higher cost & longer downtime.
