- The TRANSPARENT GROUP was founded by Mr.Ashok Atre.
He is a highly competent technocrat, an M.Tech.from Indian
Institute of Technology (I.I.T.) Bombay, 1981 Batch.
- In TRANSPARENT group, Mr.Atre has organised a team of young and capable
engineers none of whom had previous experience in designing the kind of products and
systems TRANSPARENT group
manufactures.
- The engineering team is highly talented and has proven
abilities to transform problems faced by a customer into practical most economical
solutions. This has called for extreme hard and dedicated life-style and work-ethic.
- Some technocrats may have adopted other shorter routes to
product technology notably breaking away from their employers with the technology.
HOWEVER MR.ATRE DID NOT ACQUIRE PRODUCT
OR PROCESS TECHNOLOGY FROM THE EARLIER EMPLOYERS. HE WAS NEVER AN EMPLOYEE OF LARGE OR
MEDIUM SIZE BOILERS-ENERGY SYSTEMS – PROCESS PLANT RELATED INDUSTRIES.
- TRANSPARENT ’s business policy is to provide improved technical
solutions and thereby to stay ahead of the established large size competitions. This
policy is the result of listening carefully to the needs of the customer and developing an
empathy, a care for his problems, rather than to hard-sell "Standard – ready
– available products". Some times the interaction with us leads to repeated
redefining of the problem and the expected solution.
- In pursuance of the above policy TRANSPARENT are always eager to develop business associations with
companies with technical competence. One such association has given Transparent a major
technology-resource in the field of Ammonia Absorption Refrigeration Plants – the
world renowned Borsig System.
